About us

The practice behind the process

Injury Management Doctorsexists because workplace injuries deserve more than a GP visit and a generic certificate. Employers need a clinical partner who understands the documentation, the timelines, and the operational pressures of managing a workers' compensation claim.

Modern clinical office environment

Why we exist

Most workplace injuries aren't catastrophic — but they still create a cascade of clinical, administrative, and communication demands that overwhelm busy HR and WHS teams. Certificates arrive late, progress is unclear, and nobody owns the coordination.

We built Injury Management Doctors to close that gap. A single practice that takes the referral, coordinates the care, produces the documentation, and keeps you informed — all under clinical governance standards you can point to in an audit.

Who we work with

Our clients range from national logistics operators and construction firms to local government, health services, and office-based employers. What they share is a need for structured injury management that integrates with their existing claims process — not another silo.

We work alongside your internal teams, insurers, rehabilitation providers, and legal advisers. We don't replace any of them — we give them the clinical inputs they need to do their jobs.

What we stand for

  • Clinical independence

We are not a law firm, insurer, or employer agent. Our clinical opinions are evidence-based and free from commercial influence on treatment decisions.

  • Employer accountability

You get a named case coordinator, scheduled updates, and documentation that meets workers' compensation standards — not silence between appointments.

  • Governance by design

Credentialing, peer review, and quality audits aren't optional extras. They're how we operate — every clinician, every case.

  • Worker-centred care

Good outcomes start with the worker. Respectful assessment, clear explanations, and treatment plans oriented to safe, sustainable recovery.
